West Lafayette's first housing director aims to alleviate the pressure

It’s no secret that West Lafayette has experienced explosive growth in recent years. While the town has been home to Purdue University since 1869, the population has ballooned from around 30,000 to nearly 45,000 since 2010, according to Census Bureau data.
