2026 Earth Day Celebration will be held on Wednesday, April 22, 2026. Event to be held at the McAllister Recreation Center, 2351 N. 20th Street, Lafayette, IN 47904, at 10am. Come celebrate the Earth in Lafayette.

Earth Day is widely observed around the world, marked by more than a billion people every year as a day of action to change human behavior and create global, national and local policy changes.

The mayor will read the 2026 Earth Day proclamation.
