LaborCon 2025 is happening Saturday, April 26 from 10:30AM–2PM at the West Lafayette Public Library – and it’s all about building union power from the ground up.

This is the first-ever LaborCon, hosted by new and emerging unions at Purdue (undergrads, grad workers, public sector folks), and they’re hoping to make it a yearly thing. They’ll have workshops on:

• One-on-one organizing

• Strike readiness + prep

• Grad + undergrad union history

• How to talk to coworkers

• Bargaining + public sector organizing
